- We are no longer using the PE JOURNAL word document that used to be linked to this blog we are now using the Form called PE Journal 2020 (Hoshizaki) to record your activity. It can be found on previous PE 8 posts on my blog or on TEAMS PE 8.
- You are not required to video yourself doing the WOD. We may have some weekly fun and goofy challenges coming up where you would need to send in a video but otherwise, no video.
